Sea air is full of negatively charged ions, and is a powerful antioxidant and one of the reasons we feel so good after a walk on the beach. With its antiseptic and antifungal properties, seawater is great for the skin, and quickly heals abrasions and acne. Sunshine means vitamin D, which is essential for bone growth. So even when you join us for a light exercise session, you will still leave feeling revitalized and healthy.
